We work with all types of schools to help them find Qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Cover Supervisors for short-term and long-term cover. We also help to fill permanent vacancies across these roles.
What happens if we want to convert a supply worker from a temporary to a permanent position?
We strongly believe that when there is a good fit, there should be no barriers to hiring a great educator. Instead of the hefty “temp-to-perm” commissions agencies charge that could amount to thousands of pounds, we have a small, transparent flat fee of £650 for TAs and £950 for teachers.
