Using our platform, schools have access to hundreds of profiles of fully vetted teachers and support staff, who they can book at a click of a button or arrange interviews with. Think Uber for supply teachers.

We are well-funded by high-profile investors, have had significant early traction, and are led by start-up veterans behind two of London's most prominent tech companies.

The role

What you'll be doing

Hands on ‘day-to-day’ ownership of crafting and executing campaigns to attract schools & teachers to Zen Educate
Develop and communicate our core brand messages across content, CRM, and social
Own our overall approach to email marketing to both schools & teachers
Own our overall approach to content marketing to both schools & teachers
Mentor 2 marketing executives
Collate, analyse, and communicate to the entire company on progress of marketing initiatives
Get your hands dirty. Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same and a general interest in ‘mucking in’ and just getting the job done is crucial

Our ideal candidate

2+ years of demonstrable excellence in marketing roles
High-performer that wants to be part of a high-performing, motivated team
Growth mindset – dedicated to growing your skills as a professional
Passion for the education sector and commitment to the company’s success
Strong bias to action
Experience in education or start-ups is a plus
Experience in marketing or growth hacking – ideally in a B2B setting • Deep knowledge of a variety of marketing areas including content, e-mail marketing and social
Growth mindset – dedicated to growing your skills as a professional and ready to step into owning an entire marketing channels
