About the School: The school is a highly regarded primary school located in Harrow, London which has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted. About the Roles: The school is seeking three experienced and passionate Class Teachers to join their team from September 2023. The successful candidates will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing and monitoring progress, and providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for students. There are roles across KS1 and KS2. Key Responsibilities: - Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students, including those with additional needs and those who are high achievers. - Assessing, monitoring, and tracking student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and senior leaders. - Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes the well-being and personal development of students. - Working collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and events. - Attending staff meetings, INSET days, and other school events as required. - Contributing to the development of school policies and procedures. - Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance, and completing administrative tasks as required. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Experience teaching in your relevant key stage - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks - A commitment to providing an inclusive education experience for all students - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Passion for teaching and a commitment to professional development.
