About the Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at a SEN school located in Redbridge. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting and educating young people with autism and learning difficulties. This is a full-time position that requires your availability throughout the week.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with children or young people with autism and learning difficulties
- Strong knowledge of SEN curriculum and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and deliver individualized lesson plans to meet the needs of each student
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with SEN students
