Job description

This lovely school is looking for an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. The school is located in Birmingham and the role is within a primary school. The ideal candidate must be available full time and should have the ability to take small groups out of class. This role will require a little general SEN Support and the school does want a TA with a level 3 qualification ideally. This role can go longterm for the right TA. About the role: - Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons - Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups - Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment - Monitoring and tracking students' progress - Providing feedback to the class teacher and parents/carers - Assisting with classroom management and behavior management strategies Requirements: - Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting - Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience and the ability to work well with children of different abilities and backgrounds - Flexibility and adaptability to support students' individual needs - A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and learning At Zen Educate, we value the well-being and work-life balance of our teachers and teaching assistants.
