We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a School Administrator at a reputable school located in Truro. As the School Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of administrative and financial operations at the school. Key Responsibilities: Manage all administrative duties including record-keeping, correspondence, and documentation Handle student registrations, admissions, and withdrawals Provide secretarial support to the Head Teacher, senior staff and other school departments Process all financial transactions including budgeting, bookkeeping, and invoicing Prepare and distribute school reports and other relevant documents to staff, parents, and other stakeholders Maintain accurate records of staff absences and manage staff cover and recruitment Plan and organize school events and activities Ensure the school complies with relevant legislation and policies, such as health and safety regulations Maintain and update the school website and social media accounts Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and external partners This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to make a positive impact on the school community.
