About the Role:
- Full-time position available for a primary school teacher
- Responsible for teaching and nurturing young children in a reception class
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support where needed
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching primary school students, preferably in a reception class
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
- Passionate about providing high-quality education and supporting student development
- Positive and proactive attitude towards teaching and learning
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one
- References from previous employers or placement schools
