About the Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lunch Time Supervisor to join a fantastic SEN Secondary School in Newham. As a Lunch Time Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of our students during their lunch break. You will be responsible for supervising students in the dining hall and playground areas, ensuring that they are following school rules and promoting positive behaviour. This is a full-time position, requiring availability from 11:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. About the school: The school offers specialist teaching and learning for secondary and post-16 aged learners with ASC and communication needs. Classrooms are developed as low-arousal environments with access to food tech and mini-enterprise activities. The site boasts a large multi-purpose hall, which is used for Physical Education and development. Local community and leisure facilities are used to support the development of independence and life skills and offers a structured teaching and learning approach. The outside area has been developed to include a multi-purpose gym, which is used for both Physical Development and to aid pupils' regulation.
