Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-school Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school located in Croydon. This part-time position requires availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with young children
- A patient and nurturing approach towards students
- A commitment to supporting the classroom teacher in implementing educational programs
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above)
