This primary school in Brent are looking for a part time admin role on reception desk (Mon- Fri/ 8:30am- 12pm).
The role includes:
- SIMS/attendance
- Parentmail – clubs and dinners registers, letters, activities
- Admissions
- Dealing with parents in person/over the phone
- Admin tasks preparing docs, forms, printing and distributing to staff and students/parents
- Working in a team
The role is potentially permanent.
It would be beneficial for the person to have experience with SIMS and have worked in a school environment before.
