A role to look after 2 x students in an SEMH provision is available.
The school are looking for a TA who can follow boundaries set by the school and teacher, understand the children's regulation and factors which effect de-regulation.
The school is a mainstream / SEN school where children join mainstream classes from the provisions once they are ready.
The two children can be aggressive, have very challenging behaviour and swear. Resilience is needed and an understanding of working with children who need extra support.
Another child joins the provision from the mainstream school from time to time.
The school are happy to work with someone who doesn't have a huge amount of experience as long as you are committed.
