Ideally the teachers will be primary trained and in particular EYFS.
Anyone with early literacy and numeracy specialism would also be a good match. SEN experience is a must!

- Responsible for teaching and supporting students with special educational needs.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual students' needs.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students with SEN.
