SEMH Teaching position supporting a class size of 2 pupils at secondary level
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at a SEN School in Harrow. As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting a class size of 2 pupils at the secondary level with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with the pupils, providing differentiated instruction and implementing individualized education plans. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of these students, helping them develop essential skills and achieve their full potential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students with special educational needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and professionals
