The rest of day is 'free flow' play (as EYFS so children are free to explore or to attend adult led intervention groups).
AM Time split across three children . ASD boy who attends Sensory intervention groups until 10:15 each day. Two other pupils ; one undiagnosed ASD and another with speech and language delays/learning difficulties. Both verbal and toilet trained.
PM Child with Williams Syndrome. Delayed language skills and cognition and learning. Personalised curriculum. Supported by Newham Complex Needs Team. Presents as 3 years old. Very happy, bubbly child but can be stubborn and self-directed! Requires a cheerful, outgoing TA! Toilet trained.
Please note we expect ALL SEN TAs within the school to be open to personal care regardless of whether your pupils require it.
As a school we are focused upon play, language and communication and social skills.
