We are excited to share that we are the only technology-enabled recruitment agency alternative to be awarded a position on the Crown Commercial Service Supply Teachers Framework.

The CCS (Crown Commercial Service ) Supply Teacher Framework has been put into place to help resolve some of the widespread challenges seen when recruiting Supply Teachers and temporary Teaching Assistants. Well known issues of poor compliance, extortionate fees and a lack of transparency have been addressed by creating a framework agreement of verified and audited suppliers.

At Zen Educate, our mission has always been to help schools save money without compromising on the quality of supply staff. We fully support the Crown Commercial Service framework initiative to collectively raise standards across the education sector and are humbled that our commitment to better support schools has been acknowledged by the Department for Education. We hope this ensures a new standard of how supply staff are recruited to support children in schools.

"We’ve supported hundreds of schools over the last 2 years and this accreditation is validation of our efforts to help schools and teachers get a better deal"

What are the benefits of working with Zen Educate on the framework?

Working with us via the framework enables you to utilise the pre-agreed contractual terms that the DfE and Crown Commercial Service have pre-negotiated with all framework suppliers. Whilst we can work with schools directly or via the Crown Commercial Service Crown Commercial Service Framework, for some schools they prefer to have a Framework Agreement contract in place for administrative purposes. Zen Educate will always be transparent on our fees & terms regardless of how you chose to work with us.

How can I sign-up via the framework?

If you are interested in working with us or just want to find out more, head over to our Schools page to sign up to your online profile. This will give you instant access to see high-quality teachers available for daily or long-term placements. Once you have signed up, we will be in touch to introduce your dedicated account manager, so make sure you mention to them you’d like to get a Framework Agreement Form in place.
