Key Responsibilities:

- Support individual children with their personal, social, and emotional development, including those with additional needs, in line with the school's inclusive ethos.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other early years staff to plan and implement play-based learning activities that support early language, communication, and physical development.
- Support children's transitions within the setting and between activities, ensuring continuity and stability.
- Observe, record, and share insights on children’s progress, contributing to the school’s assessment and planning processes.
- Promote positive behaviour, modelling respectful interactions and supporting children to develop social skills.
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness within the provision, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
