Last week we were thrilled to hit a milestone of £500k savings in agency fees — these savings go straight to schools and back into teacher’s pay.

A huge part of our mission here at Zen has always been to cut out the excess agency fees for supply cover and recruitment which continues to cost schools and limit teachers' pay.
