• Create tailored learning plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes growth, self-confidence, and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible support for each student.
• Embrace continuous professional development and stay up to date with the trends and methodologies in SEND education.
• Keeping accurate records and liaising with other key professionals.
