1:1 Support for year 9 student. Diagnosed ASD and OCD Struggles with anything that he feels contaminates- e.g chemistry chemicals, other people touching his phone, his calculator broke and he thought that was really dangerous. Struggles with anxiety when he has missed some lessons Can’t take part in sports Really struggles with other people thinking differently of him Non verbal each morning until settled in (can be anything between 20 mins to 4 hours) Currently having daily 1-1 support for 2 hours Struggles with using the toilets in school (doesn’t) Good relationship with Dad (but he is in Hong Kong) Finds it really hard to answer essay type questions or questions where he needs to develo…1:1 Support for year 9 student.
