About the Role:
We are currently seeking two experienced and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join our team at a primary school in Bradford. The successful candidates must be comfortable with personal care and have experience working with non-verbal students. The role is available for Early Years up to Year 3 students and requires full-time availability.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Church of England primary school in Bradford.
This is a full-time position, requiring availability for 5 days per week. The successful candidate will start from the 18th, with a trial period the week prior.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning activities
- Support the development and progress of students in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide individual and group support to students with their learning and development
- Assist with the planning and preparation of educational resources
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Promote positive behaviour management strategies in line with the school's policies
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the smooth running of the classroom
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
- A relevant qualification in Education or Childcare (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teaching and learning
