Premises Officer – Long Term Temp to Perm
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Officer to join a secondary school in St Helens on a long term, temp to perm basis.
This is an all year round position and would suit someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for staff and students.
Working hours (split shift):
• 6:00am – 10:15am
• 2:45pm – 6:00pm
Key responsibilities:
• Opening and securing the school site
• General maintenance and repairs
• Health and safety checks
• Setting up rooms and supporting school events
• Liaising with contractors and managing site issues
• Ensuring the premises remain clean, safe and well maintained
