This is a full time teacher role therefore the usual responsibilities will be required (planning, marking etc...). You would be working in a specialist SEN class of 10 children with 1 qualified class teacher and three teaching assistants within a friendly and supportive mainstream primary school. The children have a range of learning needs, some experience of Down’s syndrome, ASD etc. There is some personal care involved in the role supported by another member of staff. They are looking for someone with a positive, caring and flexible with a good sense of humour and will be holding trials the first week back in September.
