Summary
The SEN Teaching Assistant will work under the direction of the Learning Access Director to support and include students with a range of specific learning needs and disabilities. Support may be provided within the classroom under the supervision of the class teacher, in small-group enhancement sessions, or on a one-to-one basis. This role is central to helping students access the curriculum, develop independence, and thrive in a safe, inclusive environment.
