About the Role:
We are seeking an L3 early years qualified practitioner to work as a Nursery Teaching Assistant in a nursery school located in Hackney. The role requires full-time availability, with a minimum of 3 days a week, either Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri. As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the Room leader to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for our baby room. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, promoting child development and welfare, and ensuring a positive learning experience for all children.
Requirements:
- L3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and assessment procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with Nursery Teacher and other members of the team
- Passion for promoting child development and welfare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
