Experienced SEN TA required to support child in Year 1 at a school in Hackney.
You'll be working as a 1:1 TA supporting 2 child with autism - you'll be working with one child in the morning and another in the afternoon.
One of the children you'll be working with is prone to scratching, biting and kicking. The child is in Year 1 but is quite physically strong, so the school think a male candidate might be better suited to the position.
Experience is essential due to the nature of the role. Personal care and changing the nappies of the child will be required - this will be a shared responsibility with another TA but please make sure you're happy to change nappies as part of the role.
The position will be for the rest of the academic year, potentially to continue into September too.
8:30-4:30 hours.
