Harrow Lodge Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join our popular and expanding school. The post is available from January 2024. Our school was graded as ‘Outstanding’ in our 2022 Ofsted inspection and the primary reason for this grade was the passion, commitment and loyalty shown by our teachers to the education and well-being of the pupils in our school. That’s what we’re looking for in a new employee! We want you to care about the children and the school. We can guide you to become an outstanding teacher if you’re not one already but we can only do that if you come with the passion to be one! We are seeking to recruit a skilled teacher who has a real passion for teaching and learning and one who is willing to take risks in pursuit of excellence! We are looking for staff who have the potential to ‘think outside the box’, willing to work collaboratively to contribute towards whole-school improvement and want to make a difference. The position is initially for a KS2 Year 3 class teacher but the successful applicant must be willing to work in any year group from EYFS to Year 6. However, we always consider teachers’ preferences when placing them within a year group.
