We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Lunchtime Supervisor to join the team at a school located in Lambeth. As a Lunchtime Supervisor for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), your working hours will be from 11:15 am to 1:15 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the teaching staff in providing support to students with special educational needs
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and manage student behavior, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
- Experience working with children with special educational needs in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the individual needs of students
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
