About the Role:
- Full-time position as a Primary Teaching Assistant within a reputable primary school in Merton
- Collaborate with the EY teaching staff to provide support and assistance to pupils

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school located in Merton. The role involves providing support to an SLCN ARP child during lunchtime and assisting in her Year 4 mainstream class. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their full potential and create a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
- Understanding of Special Educational Needs, particularly Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Ability to provide support to students with diverse learning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team
- A patient and nurturing approach towards children's learning and development
Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
