About the Role:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students with their learning
- Working with small groups of children or on a one-to-one basis, providing additional support and guidance
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborating with other teaching staff and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining records as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from the class teacher
- A good understanding of primary education and the National Curriculum
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, would be advantageous
