The Governors wish to appoint a dynamic, innovative, inspirational and visionary professional. The post would suit someone who demonstrates passion, commitment and the desire to make ‘a real difference.'
We are looking forward to hearing from dedicated and enthusiastic Music Specialists who are confident and creative to continue to provide an outstanding music provision across the school, and in their ability to encourage, engage and inspire children in the world of music and performing arts.
Within this role you will take on the responsibility for the day-to-day provision of music teaching, musical clubs and instrument teaching to all pupils across the school including the Special Resourced Provision pupils.
Our current Music Lead wanted to share her experiences with all prospective candidates:
'Working at South Grove Primary these last 3 years has been a wonderful and fulfilling experience. The children are eager to learn and the staff are warm and friendly. Music is a priority at South Grove with children receiving class music lessons, weekly singing assemblies and instrumental and choral music clubs. The music resources have been carefully selected to make the most out of every lesson - including keyboards, djembe drums, ukuleles; xylophones and auxiliary percussion. The school is also very inclusive and uses Makaton signing to accompany all school singing.' "…'Outstanding' school in Waltham Forest are looking for PPA cover for a music class:
