To provide dedicated, high-quality support for a Reception-aged child with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), supporting their learning, social, emotional, and physical development. The role will also support other students within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support for a Reception child with ASD and dysregulation, ensuring a calm and safe learning environment.
Support the child’s communication using PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) and visual timetabless
Facilitate transitions throughout the day, including supporting movement to and from calm or quiet spaces as needed.
