- This is a role working as a cover supervisor across multiple year groups in a specialist SEN provision.
- You will be working with children with SEN needs, so any experience with Autism and ASCs would be favourable.

Zen Educate are looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant for a Secondary SEN School in Oldham. Although experience of working with a variety of needs is preferred, what’s essential is that you have the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate well. The role is 3 days per week and these are flexible.
You will be working a young man in year 11 who is on the ASC pathway. As such it is likely that you will come across some behaviour that you might find challenging, so it is required that you are calm and patient in your approach as well as being resilient and professional. The school doesn't require vast experience working with SEMH but needs to see that you are dedicated and committed to working with their students.
