Sound knowledge and understanding of various special educational needs, including but not limited to Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and sensory processing issues. Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support or related fields would be advantageous. Strong communication, patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with SEN students. A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet the changing needs of students.
