The Cover Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school by supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. The postholder will ensure that students remain on task with the work set by teachers, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
This role does not involve planning or delivering new lessons but focuses on facilitating learning, managing behaviour, and supporting students to complete pre-prepared work.
