Monitor pupils' engagement and progress, contributing to reviews of individual targets and support plans.
Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, the inclusion team and senior leaders.
Ensure pupils can access meaningful learning opportunities while maintaining appropriate links with the wider curriculum.

We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working as a Senior SEN Teaching Assistant, HLTA, Lead Teaching Assistant or in a similar position of responsibility.
Has experience in Early Years, primary education and/or specialist SEN settings.
Has a strong understanding of SEND and inclusive teaching strategies.
Is confident leading small-group sessions, interventions and structured learning activities.
Has experience supporting pupils with communication difficulties, sensory needs, emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
Can adapt resources and activities to meet individual learning needs.
Is confident supporting and guiding other teaching assistants.
