You will be working in a classroom with children who need social, emotional and mental health support. As such there will be some behaviour that may present a challenge to learning. They also want this person to be proactive and inquisitive - keen to learn from the other staff around them.
You will be working with small groups of no more that 7 or 8 and there will be multiple staff in the classroom to help support.
