The Role
The school is looking for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a Reception pupil with social, emotional and behavioural needs.
The role requires someone patient, proactive and able to build a strong, trusting relationship with the child. A key part of the role will involve spending time both inside and outside the classroom, supporting regulation and helping the pupil engage with learning.
