About the Role
Zen Educate is seeking an empathetic, resilient, and dedicated Primary Practitioner to deliver engaging vocational learning to Key Stage 4 students (ages 14–16). Many of our young people face complex barriers to education and operate below age-related expectations.
Because of your background in primary pedagogy, you understand how to break down complex concepts, scaffold learning, and build foundational literacy and numeracy into practical activities. You will teach low-level, hands-on vocational courses designed to re-engage students, build self-esteem, and prepare them for post-16 pathways or independent living.
