Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone to work Monday, Tuesday and Friday full days and Wednesday afternoon and Thursday Morning.
Support pupils with special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, physical or learning disabilities)
Provide 1:1 or small group support, adapting learning activities as needed
Assist in implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Individual Support Plans
Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social skills
Support pupils with personal care where required
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SEN staff
