We have 81 EHCP’s at the school – this is including the additional resourced provisions and mainstream; the range of needs are vast. We have many students with ASD, ADHD, behavioural issues and SEMH; closely followed by communication and interaction difficulties. I would be looking for someone with a lot of secondary school experience, preferably with an expertise in the areas I have mentioned.
