Job Purpose To support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties (BESD/SEMH), ensuring they can access learning in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Pupil Support Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs. Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Behaviour Support Plans, or EHCP targets. Support pupils in managing emotions, behaviour, and social interactions. Promote positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques.
