Head of Inclusion – Summary
The Head of Inclusion is a senior leadership role responsible for leading inclusion, safeguarding, and therapeutic support for 16–25 year olds with SEN. The role ensures learners can overcome barriers to learning and progress into positive destinations such as education, employment, or supported living.
The post holder also acts as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategy, quality improvement, and governance.
