Do you support with permanent recruitment?
Yes, absolutely! We have multiple options when it comes to permanent recruitment, including considerably lower temp-to-perm fees after a 12-week placement.
Can you help us with mass recruitment rounds?
Yes and many SEN schools use Zen Educate for mass recruitment at key points during the year, mostly for September start dates. Our easy-to-use platform connects you directly with your local teaching community, allows you to post jobs for free, and your dedicated Account Manager will support throughout the entire process.
Do you have staff with additional qualifications?
Yes, many of our staff have additional qualifications and/or experience in the following; Team Teach, Makaton, Manual Handling, MAPA, BSL, PEG feeding, ABA
