Creighton Elementary School District partnered with Zen Educate in 2024 to strengthen the consistency and quality of full-time and substitute paraprofessional support across its schools.
Since launching the partnership, Creighton Elementary has achieved fill rates exceeding 90% across more than 700 instructional days for the 2025-26 school year. The district has also seen improved stability and continuity in key student support roles, ensuring learners receive high-quality assistance in classrooms.
Zen Educate’s selective hiring process, rigorous vetting standards (only 1 in 10 applicants are approved), and ongoing training and coaching have been central to the partnership's success. Together, Creighton and Zen Educate are building a consistent, skilled paraprofessional workforce that supports student learning and strengthens school communities.
