Start referring in 4 easy steps:
Step 1
Share Your Link
Find your unique referral link in the Zen Educate app and send it to your friend.
Step 2
Friend Registers
Your friend signs up using your link and completes the onboarding process.
Step 3
They Start Working
Once verified, they can start picking up flexible teaching roles at schools in their area.
Step 4
Earn Together
After they complete 3 working days, you’ll both receive the bonus via payroll.
Important Details
Referrals must use your unique link — only sign-ups via this link can be tracked and rewarded; verbal referrals are not eligible.
Referrals must be new to Zen (no prior work history).
The 3 working days must be completed within 3 months of sign-up (excluding school breaks).
