Terms and Conditions: September 2026 Bonus.
By participating in the September 2026 Bonus (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). These T&Cs are supplemental to and do not replace any existing Educator Agreement, independent contractor agreement, or general Terms of Service you have with Zen Educate Inc (the “Company”).
1. Overview
The New Educator $50 Incentive Program (the "Program") offers a financial payment to newly verified educators who meet all eligibility and performance requirements outlined herein. The Program is offered by Zen Educate Inc.
2. Timeframe
The promotional period starts when an educator receives the first email with the subject line "Earn up to $500 extra this month". From that date, educators have 14 days to complete Step 1 (work 5 days for a $250 bonus) and 30 days to complete Step 2 (reach a total of 10 days worked for a $500 bonus).
Crucial Note on Time Zone: The applicable start and end times for the Promotional Period will be based on the local time zone of the educator's assigned service region (as listed in Section 3).
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, an individual must meet all of the following criteria:
Geographic Scope: This Program applies only to educators operating within the United States in the following designated service regions. The local time zone of this region governs the dates/times in Sections 2 and 5:

4. Requirements for Incentive Payment
The payment (the "Incentive") will be awarded to eligible educators who meet both the eligibility criteria (Section 3) and the performance requirements below:
Step 1 Performance Requirement: Complete 5 days of work booked through the Company's platform within 14 days from the date of receiving the qualifying email ("Earn up to $500 extra this month") to earn a $250 bonus.
Step 2 Performance Requirement: Reach a total of 10 days worked booked through the Company's platform within 30 days from the date of receiving the qualifying email ("Earn up to $500 extra this month") to earn a $500 bonus.
5. Incentive Qualification Window Calculation
Example: If an educator receives the email on September 1, 2026, they must complete 5 days of work by September 15, 2026, and reach a total of 10 days worked by October 1, 2026.
6. Incentive Payment Schedule
The Incentive will be processed and paid on a rolling basis according to the following schedule:
The payment will be issued on the next Friday following either the date the 30-day promotional period ends or the date the educator completes their 10th day of work, whichever occurs first.
Payment will be made via the educator's standard payment method (e.g., direct deposit).
Example Payment: If the educator completes their 10th day of work on Thursday, November 13th, the $500 Incentive will be deposited on the following Friday, November 21st.
7. General Conditions
A. Disqualification: The Company reserves the right to review, withhold, or revoke the Incentive payment if it is suspected that the educator has engaged in fraudulent activity, failed to adhere to the Company's Educator Agreement, or otherwise violated the spirit of these T&Cs.
B. Modification and Cancellation: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Any such change will not affect educators who have already completed the verification and work requirements prior to the announcement of the modification, suspension, or cancellation.
C. Tax Liability: The educator is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the $50 Incentive. The Incentive amount will be reported to the appropriate tax authorities as required by law.
D. Final Authority: The Company’s decisions regarding the interpretation of these T&Cs, eligibility, and all other matters related to the Program are final and binding.
E. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
