Terms and Conditions: New Educator $50 Incentive Program
Please read these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) carefully. By participating in the New Educator $50 Incentive Program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. These T&Cs are supplemental to and do not replace any existing Educator Agreement, independent contractor agreement, or general Terms of Service you have with Zen Educate Inc (the "Company").
1. Overview
The New Educator $50 Incentive Program (the "Program") offers a financial payment to newly verified educators who meet all eligibility and performance requirements outlined herein. The Program is offered by Zen Educate Inc.
2. Timeframe
The Program is strictly time-limited and applies only to individuals who successfully complete the full educator verification process for the first time within the following period:
Start Date: Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 12:00:00 AM
End Date: Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM
Crucial Note on Time Zone: The applicable start and end times for the Promotional Period will be based on the local time zone of the educator's assigned service region (as listed in Section 3).
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, an individual must meet all of the following criteria:
Status (NEW): Must be an individual completing their first-ever verification with the Company. Individuals who have previously been verified, regardless of their current status (e.g., re-verifications), are not eligible for this Program.
Verification Date: Verification must be successfully completed during the Promotional Period defined in Section 2.
Geographic Scope: This Program applies only to educators operating within the United States in the following designated service regions. The local time zone of this region governs the dates/times in Sections 2 and 5:
Los Angeles, CA
Inland Empire, CA
San Francisco, CA
Denver, CO
Minneapolis, MN
San Diego, CA
Orange County, CA
Sacramento, CA
Phoenix, AZ
4. Requirements for Incentive Payment
The $50 payment (the "Incentive") will be awarded to eligible educators who meet both the eligibility criteria (Section 3) and the performance requirements below:
Performance Requirement: The educator must complete two (2) full days of work booked through the Company's platform.
Deadline: The two (2) days of work must be completed within the first seven (7) days following the exact moment of their verification completion.
5. Incentive Qualification Window Calculation
The seven (7) day period for completing the work requirement begins at the exact moment the educator gets verified for the first time.
Example Calculation: If an eligible educator in the Los Angeles region (PST/PDT) is verified on November 7, 2025, at 6:00 PM PST, the educator must complete their second day of work by November 14, 2025, at 5:59 PM PST.
6. Incentive Payment Schedule
The $50 Incentive will be processed and paid on a rolling basis according to the following schedule:
The payment will be issued on the next Friday following the date the educator completes their second (and final required) day of work.
Payment will be made via the educator's standard payment method (e.g., direct deposit).
Example Payment: If the educator completes their second day of work on Thursday, November 13th, the $50 Incentive will be deposited on the following Friday, November 21st.
7. General Conditions
A. Disqualification: The Company reserves the right to review, withhold, or revoke the Incentive payment if it is suspected that the educator has engaged in fraudulent activity, failed to adhere to the Company's Educator Agreement, or otherwise violated the spirit of these T&Cs.
B. Modification and Cancellation: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Any such change will not affect educators who have already completed the verification and work requirements prior to the announcement of the modification, suspension, or cancellation.
C. Tax Liability: The educator is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the $50 Incentive. The Incentive amount will be reported to the appropriate tax authorities as required by law.
D. Final Authority: The Company’s decisions regarding the interpretation of these T&Cs, eligibility, and all other matters related to the Program are final and binding.
E. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
