Meanwhile, schools spend over £2bn a year on agency staff, with £600m of that going straight into the pockets of recruitment agencies. That’s why we’ve built an alternative.
Unlike agencies, Zen Educate uses cutting-edge tech and automation to remove the need for an expensive middleman. This means schools can find the best-suited staff and pay less, while teachers and Teaching Assistants find the work they want quicker and get paid more in the process.
